I'm having trouble editing this post, so I'll just say a few words here.This is a main site hero WOD that was posted a few days ago. I did it on Sunday, and parts of me are still pretty sore today. The workout is:Five rounds each for time of:135 pound power clean, 5 reps135 pound front squat, 10 reps135 pound push jerk, 5 reps20 pull upsrest 90 secondsEven with the minute and a half rest between each round, I still wasn't able to finish under two minutes for any of them. My times were:2:233:123:353:314:13Not terrible, but my technique for most lifts is still in need of some major work, perhaps most notably the jerk.
